The UX/UI Design Marathon is a brief, complimentary course held over several days on a Learning Management System (LMS). Participants follow an instructor to replicate a five-screen application using Figma, gaining hands-on experience with this essential design tool and learning fundamental UX/UI design principles.

In contrast, the UX/UI Design Course is an extensive six-month program designed for aspiring designers. It offers practical experience with Figma, involving projects such as creating a landing page and a corporate website. The curriculum covers web design, UX fundamentals, mobile interface design, animation techniques, and includes training in soft skills, English proficiency, and job preparation, providing a thorough and practical learning experience.

UX/UI design marathon

The UX/UI Design Marathon is a short, free course designed to take place over several days within a Learning Management System (LMS). This mini-course offers participants the opportunity to follow along with an instructor to replicate a five-screen application.

During the marathon, participants will delve into the functionalities of Figma, gaining hands-on experience with this essential design tool. They will also learn fundamental concepts of interface design, allowing them to grasp the basics of UX/UI design.

This marathon is ideal for beginners looking to get a practical introduction to UX/UI design in a short, intensive format.

UX/UI design course

The UI/UX Design Course is tailored for aspiring designers, focusing on practical skills and knowledge essential for the field. Starting with web design, students will use Figma from day one and complete two projects: a landing page and a corporate website, for their Behance portfolio. The curriculum covers initial web research, prototyping, grids, composition, design styles, visual hierarchy, and more. In the UX/UI module, students learn user experience and interface design fundamentals, including mobile-first prototyping and customer journey mapping. They will develop a web application's UX and UI, adding to their portfolio.

In the Mobile Design module, students create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing mobile interfaces, developing around 50 screens and an animated Behance case. Key topics include iOS and Android interface design, navigation patterns, onboarding, and mobile prototyping. The course also covers animation techniques using Figma and Protopie. Soft skills are emphasized to enhance teamwork, time management, and communication abilities. Additionally, students improve their English proficiency and receive guidance on crafting resumes, building LinkedIn profiles, and preparing for interviews. The course spans six months, providing an in-depth and comprehensive learning experience.

For the six-month course, examples and step-by-step instructions for 40 assignments were developed. Over 40 lecture notes were written, each accompanied by questionnaires to reinforce the material.
