AI-assistant flow

Materials for testing the hypothesis of integrating artificial intelligence as a paid feature on the e-sportstats.com platform.

To test the hypothesis, a system of CTA was created on key pages of the platform, as well as a sticky modal window in the bottom right corner of the screen. A landing page was developed with a description of the feature and an offer to subscribe to a newsletter to be notified when the feature is implemented.

About the Project

This project is designed to rigorously test the hypothesis that integrating an AI assistant as a paid feature on a platform dedicated to e-sports events would provide significant value and appeal to users.

To bring this concept to life, an AI-generated mascot was specifically created for this feature. This mascot, depicted as a robot, is prominently displayed in the bottom right corner of the screen. When users click on the mascot, a modal window with a compelling call-to-action (CTA) opens, directing them to a detailed landing page. This landing page has been meticulously crafted to offer potential users a clear and engaging visualization of how interactions with the AI assistant might unfold. It features a series of illustrative screens designed to showcase hypothetical dialogues with the assistant, ensuring that users can easily envision the assistant’s utility and functionality.

Additionally, the landing page includes a subscription option for the AI assistant, with the subscription price clearly specified to provide users with all necessary information upfront. The landing page also offers users the opportunity to subscribe to a newsletter, which will keep them informed about the feature’s development and notify them as soon as it becomes available for use. This approach not only gauges user interest in the AI assistant but also builds an engaged community eager to utilize this innovative feature upon its release.

Outcome

The experiment was conducted over a period of 30 days. During this time, 17,135 users visited the landing page. Out of these visitors, 786 users provided their information to receive updates about the feature implementation.

The high level of interest suggests that the feature has strong potential. Consequently, the development of this feature will continue. Overall, the results are encouraging and support further investment in the feature.
